Access Governance puts every access decision on a named policy: which menus are hidden, which models are read-only, which fields disappear and which records stay out of reach. Policies are assigned to users with start and end dates, simulated before activation, and enforced from the menu bar down to record rules.

Block create, edit, delete, import, export, archive, duplicate or spreadsheet per model.
Field-level control
Make any field invisible, read-only or required, or block its external link, per policy.
UI element rules
Hide specific buttons, pages, links, filters and group-bys on the views of a model.
Data-tier rules
Domain-filtered record rules are materialized server-side, so limits hold beyond the UI.
Chatter controls
Hide the chatter, or just Send Message, Log Note or Activities - globally or per model.
Scheduled assignments
Assign a policy with a start and an end date; a daily scheduled action expires it on time.
