01 · The symptom

Are you spending on ads without getting quality leads?

Many businesses invest in paid advertising but struggle to generate profitable returns. If this sounds familiar, the issue is usually not the platform — it is the strategy, targeting, offer or conversion funnel.

High cost per lead

Every enquiry costs more than it should, and nobody knows why.

Poor quality enquiries

Volume the sales team quietly stopped calling back.

Low click-through rates

The right audience scrolling straight past the ad.

Landing pages that fail to convert

A great click delivered to a bad page.

Wasted budget on irrelevant traffic

Broad match spending your money on the wrong search.

No clear optimization strategy

Changes made on instinct, a fortnight apart.

Difficulty scaling what works

Double the budget, halve the efficiency.

No conversion tracking worth trusting

Optimising toward a number that is not a lead.

02 · What paid advertising is

What is paid advertising, and how quickly does it work?

Paid advertising is a marketing strategy where you pay to display ads to targeted audiences across search engines, social platforms and partner websites. Unlike SEO, which takes months to build momentum, paid campaigns can start generating enquiries within days — which is exactly why it is so easy to waste money on. It lets you reach potential customers immediately, generate qualified leads and sales, promote a specific service or offer, retarget visitors who did not convert, and scale on real performance data rather than opinion. The part that decides whether it works is not the platform. It is account structure, conversion tracking that counts qualified leads rather than any click, a landing page matched to the ad, and the discipline to leave campaigns alone through the learning phase.

These are the platforms and pieces we run. Tap one to see what it is for.

03 · Our paid advertising services

What PPC services does KoderXpert provide?

KoderXpert runs six paid advertising services: Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns. Which of them you should run depends entirely on whether demand already exists for what you sell. If people are searching for it, Search is almost always the first channel and the easiest to hold to a cost per lead. If they are not searching yet, Meta and YouTube have to create the demand first, and the numbers look worse for longer before they look better. LinkedIn earns its higher click cost only where the deal value justifies it. Most accounts we take over start with two platforms, and remarketing added underneath both, because retargeting is consistently the cheapest converting segment in the account.

04 · What is included

What is included in a paid advertising engagement?

Twelve things, all of them in the same monthly fee: campaign strategy and planning, keyword and audience research, ad copywriting, account setup and structure, creative recommendations, conversion tracking setup, landing page optimization, bid and budget management, A/B testing, ongoing optimization, monthly reporting, and search term and placement audits. Nothing on that list is an upsell. The two that get skipped most often elsewhere are conversion tracking and search term audits, and they are the two that decide whether the rest works — a campaign optimising toward the wrong conversion will confidently spend your budget on traffic that never buys. Everything is set up in your own Google Ads, Meta Business and GA4 accounts, and it stays yours whatever happens to the engagement.

05 · Our process

How does a campaign go from brief to profitable?

Six stages. Discovery sets the offer, the audience and the number that counts as success, which for most clients is cost per qualified lead rather than cost per click. Research identifies targeting opportunities and what competitors are already bidding on. Setup builds the account structure and conversion tracking before any budget goes live, because a campaign launched without tracking spends real money teaching the platform the wrong lesson. Creative and copy are produced in testable variants. Launch and monitoring covers the learning phase, where restraint matters more than cleverness. Then optimization and scaling: search term audits, budget shifts and structured tests, month after month. Data and first enquiries usually arrive within days; stable, scalable performance takes six to eight weeks.

06 · Why KoderXpert

Why choose KoderXpert for paid advertising?

ROI-focused campaign management

We optimise for lead quality, conversions and profitability, not for a cheap click or a big impression number.

Full-funnel optimization

We work on the ad, the landing page and the follow-up journey. Fixing only the ad is why most accounts plateau.

Cross-platform expertise

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube run by the same team, so budget can move to whichever is producing.

Transparent reporting

Clear performance reports and insight, in your own accounts, including the weeks that went backwards.

Continuous improvement

We test, learn and scale what works, on a schedule, rather than reacting when someone notices a bad month.

we would rather cut spend than defend it

07 · What we measure

Which metrics do we actually report on?

Eight numbers, in the same order every month, with a written note on what changed and what we are doing about it.

  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Cost per click (CPC)
  • Click-through rate (CTR)
  • Conversion rate
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Lead quality, scored with your sales team
  • Revenue attribution back to campaign
  • Search term and placement waste

impressions are context, not the headline

08 · The payoff

What results can you expect from paid advertising?

With a strategic campaign, properly tracked, you can expect more qualified leads, faster sales opportunities, better conversion rates, lower customer acquisition costs and growth that is predictable enough to plan a quarter around. The honest caveat is that paid advertising amplifies whatever is already there. If the offer is compelling and someone follows up the same day, ads scale it. If the offer is unclear or leads sit for a week, ads scale that too, at your expense. That is why we look at the follow-up process and the landing experience before recommending a budget, and why the first month is usually about removing waste rather than adding spend.

More qualified leads, not just more form fills
Faster sales opportunities, often within days of launch
Better conversion rates on the pages that receive the traffic
Lower customer acquisition costs as waste is removed
Predictable, scalable growth you can plan a quarter around
An account you own, structured well enough to hand to anyone

Your ideal budget depends on your industry, competition, and goals. We help you determine a realistic starting budget.

Yes. You retain full ownership of your ad accounts and data.

Yes. We design and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

It depends on your target audience and offer. We recommend the most suitable channels based on your goals.

A flat monthly management fee based on scope and number of platforms, quoted before we start. We do not take a percentage of ad spend, because that rewards us for spending more of your money rather than spending it better.

Often, yes. We audit structure, tracking, search terms and creative first. If the account has usable history and clean conversion data, rebuilding from scratch throws away learning that has already been paid for.

Not well, and we will say so before taking the budget. If the landing experience cannot convert, more traffic just costs more. Usually we build one purpose-made landing page rather than waiting for a full site rebuild.

No. We forecast a realistic range from your market, competition and offer, then report against it every month. Anyone guaranteeing a CPL before seeing your data is guessing at your expense.

The rest of the practice

Every service here is run by the same team, on the same reporting spine. Most clients use two.
