Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and packaging
- Create and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements
- Develop illustrations, infographics, and layouts to support content and SEO initiatives
- Edit and retouch photos/videos for use in marketing materials and website content
- Work closely with content writers and SEO team to create visually optimized blog graphics, thumbnails, and featured images
- Design UI elements and mockups for websites and landing pages as needed
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required
- Assist in creating presentation decks, pitch materials, and internal branding assets

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

1-1.5 years of proven experience in graphic design

Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design tweaks
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
