- Understanding of paid ad campaigns, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Experience in planning and managing content calendars and maintaining brand consistency.
- Good writing and communication skills for captions, ad copies, and engagement.
- Ability to analyze insights, reports, and metrics to improve performance.
- Creative thinking with awareness of the latest trends and algorithms.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, branding, and audience engagement is a plus.
