Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and how our ERP solutions can meet their requirements.
  • Present and explain our ERP solutions effectively, tailoring each presentation to the client's unique needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to prepare tailored proposals and strategies that address specific client needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by nurturing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally with a focus on B2B
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally with a focus on B2B.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients at various levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical solutions in a way that’s accessible to clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ERP or software sales, or familiarity with the tech industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a knack for creating win-win solutions.
  • Additional language skills or experience in international sales is a plus.
